Park 75’s Weds Burger Bar

With so many burger boutiques in town, how does a newcomer stand out? Chefs are always trying to put a new spin on old classics, deconstructing basic dishes, how about doing that to the hotel restaurant dining experience?

Enter Park 75’s Burger Bar at the Four Seasons Atlanta! Chef Robert Gerstenecker has introduced a new way to enjoy a new favorite, taking you right into his kitchen!

Details: Every Weds 11:30-1:30pm. Burgers $12, Sides $3, Shakes $5.

The concept is simple, enjoy fantastic burgers right inside the kitchen of Park 75! The bar is only open on Wednesdays and since seating is limited, reservations are encouraged! You’ll enjoy a unique dining experience, which features 4 different style of burgers that change each week.

When I was there there, we had our pick of the ‘House Grind’ (above) that had pimento cheese, a fried green tomato and chow chow! Other options included the Buford Highway Duck Burger (ground duck, hoisin sauce, pickled slaw and quail egg), Greek LamBurger (ground lamb with cucumbers, tomato, arugula, Tzaziki sauce) and the French Onion Burger (5 carmalized onions, house cured bacon, melted swiss with an onion dip).

Some of the yummy sides include loaded tots, poutine (above), sweet potato fries and onion rings. The shakes come in traditional Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla and their must have - Red Velvet! Seriously so good.

The things I loved about this experience, sitting at the ‘kitchen table’ was really fun, the ice tea cubes that prevent your drink from getting watery, and of course - fantastic food!

Deconstructing the power lunch was never so much fun!
