Atlanta Food Blogger Bake Sale!

I’m really excited to be participating in this year’s Atlanta Food Blogger Bake Sale, which benefits Share Our Strength! Whether you are a baker contributing goods or just love eating decadent desserts, this is an event not to be missed!!!

Date/Time: Saturday, May 14th 10am -2pm (or until we are out of treats!)

Location: Phipps Plaza in conjunction with the Atlanta Luxury Living Show

- Look for our booths in front of Williams-Sonoma in the Monarch Court!

Our fearless leader is well-known ATL food blogger Tami from Running With Tweezers! Check out her recap of last year’s event, where they raised $1600! This year we aim to top that and then some!

Some of the best bakers, food bloggers and food enthusiasts (like me!) in Atlanta will be on hand to sell delicious treats that go toward an amazing cause - ending childhood hunger!

A sneak of some of the people contributing - just to make your mouth water - include: Red Queen Tarts and Cake Hag!

Big hits from last year’s event included the oh-so-tasty Salted Caramel Brownies from ATL locals - the very talented sisters Nicole Jayne and Katie Anderson of the cool baking blog - We Whisk Away! They also let it slip to me that they will be selling their yummy Tangerine & Thyme Chocolate Chip cookies this year. I’ve had them and they are seriously good cookies!

Also, be sure not to miss the delectable desserts from the lovely Christina of Mele Cotte! Definitely one of the best bakers out there, her blog has tons of great recipes for any occasion. I made her Pizza Muffins for a Super Bowl Party and they were a huge hit!

Can’t join us on May 14th? There are tons of ways to give, so donations are always accepted on our ATL Team/Fundraising page! $1 can provide a child with 10 healthy meals, so please support this great cause!!

So come on out and buy some of the best baked goods in Atlanta and support an amazing cause to end childhood hunger.
